The inside has been updated with stainless appliances, plenty of cabinets, can lights, and much more. There is a room in this house that could be a 4th bedroom and a closet could be easily installed. The large living room has ceramic tile while the sun room overlooks the back yard and is Fabulous. There is barn door that enters the utility room which also has a pantry. Surround sound speakers and equipment in living room remain. Pool pump and retaining wall were both replaced in 2020. This one is nice. Real Nice.
