Major upgrades in 2009 : Rheem HVAC AC & Furnace, carpet removed & original hardwood floors refinished, replaced bathtub with a walk-in shower, replaced bathroom floor, new Kohler shower door, American Standard Champion toilet, new vanity, sink and faucet and shower fixtures, entire inside of house repainted.
