Tract 5: These tracts offer a creek running through the bottom, elevated building sites with trees, coop water coming soon, and electric available across the highway. There are nice trees along the creek and the higher elevation runs from the front to the back allowing for beautiful views of the countryside. These tracts offer a mixture of cultivated fields and pasture. The soils are considered excellent and can grow just about anything.
