The views of the Pease River Valley are absolutely stunning from the property. With the property stretching from Highway 6 to within feet of the Pease River, the transition in landscape is simply breathtaking. In prior years the land was used for a cattle operation with cattle pens separating roughly 300 acres of prior cultivated wheat fields. Gates and new fencing separate different portions of the property leading up to the river valley. Wet weather creeks and tributaries cross the acreage and provide water to wildlife and future livestock. Various stock tanks are on property, with water year round. Native wildlife includes turkey, quail, dove and abundant Whitetail deer that roam freely through the ranch.
